Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health Alert
For the safety of our patients and staff, we have decided to close our rooms to the public - rest assured that our reception will continue to function as usual. Our staff will still be working to ensure the continuation of your care, however, access to our practitioners will be via videolink using the telehealth platform Coviu.
Coviu is a secure telehealth platform which allows you to meet with your health professional through video consultation. It is available as a web page or as an application on mobile devices (phones, tablets). Instructions on how to use this technology are found here.
If you have an appointment booked over the coming weeks, it will be moved across onto the Coviu platform. If you are unable to use this platform, please contact our friendly reception staff.
Please treat your telehealth consultations the same as an appointment you would attend in the clinic. Select a suitable location for your call such as the kitchen table or living room. Any telehealth consultations where you are in an inappropriate location (e.g. in bed ) or not dressed in daytime attire, will be terminated by the health professional.
You may be required to make payment before the appointment -this can be made via the Coviu software prior to your appointment, should you have any difficulties our reception team will be able to take payment over the phone. Receipts will be emailed out to patients to enable you to claim with your private health where applicable.
